I was analyzing the air intake of the engine and the location of the Maf sensor. The Maf sensor is at the base of the intake manifold, the throttle body goes before the sensor, that is an advantage. 2.What I did was remove the original air intake housing next to the rectangular filter (the filter has a sponge that gets clogged with dust and prevents the correct flow of air(Never Seen in American Cars)). 3.I bought a Spectre filter at the Napa Store. I installed it on the throttle body pipe. Here are the before and after photos.
